Four years across business operations, data annotation and AI evaluation
I'm Ruth Edadi (MixxyWorks), an AI Data Annotation & Operations Specialist with over four years of experience supporting founders, executives, startups and growing teams. My work sits at the intersection of administration, operations, AI data workflows and digital systems: datasets that are properly annotated and validated, AI outputs that are evaluated for quality, projects that move to a timeline, and repetitive workflows that run themselves.
I started in virtual assistance and administrative support, moving through customer support, management operations and executive coordination. Those years taught me that most operational problems are not about missing tools, they are about missing systems. My focus has since expanded into AI data operations, LLM and AI model evaluation, prompt engineering, NLP data preparation and workflow automation, areas where precision, attention to detail and structured thinking matter most.
AI is part of how I work, not a selling point. I apply it where it removes manual handling, improves data quality or streamlines evaluation, with proper documentation and access controls so clients keep full ownership of their systems and data. I work remotely, across time zones, 7 days a week at 10 hours per week with flexible scheduling around client priorities.
